  I reached out to Julie in December to make an appointment for a consultation. It took her a few days to get back to me but I just chalked it up to it being the holidays. We made an appointment for Monday 1/1/18 at 5 pm.
  
  I was super excited because it looked like she did amazing things with color and I wanted to try something fun and new. The appointment time comes and I show up. The problem is, the salon was closed, lights off, no one around. I was very confused so I texted and called a couple times, left a voicemail too. After waiting in their parking lot for nearly 20 minutes for her to respond to me or show up I went home.
  
  After that I tried reaching out again to her but I never got any response. I'm really surprised at the lack of professionalism from her, I would have thought for someone who must build their clientele, I would have received some sort of contact. I'll find somewhere else to go and let anyone who asks know what my experience was.
